CONSULTATION CRISIS
Newport Beach plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole keeps attracting low-level celebrities seeking to fight the effects of age.
The most recent are Michael Lohan, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan; actor Tom Sizemore; and alleged White House party-crashers Michaele and Tareq Salahi.
Lohan had an apparent heart attack on Monday as he visited Niccole for a consultation about hair replacement and an operation to fix his previously broken nose.
“Michael was unable to complete his consultation at Dr. Niccole’s office. While he was there he started experiencing chest pains and had to be rushed to Hoag Hospital by the paramedics,” said Lohan’s agent.
“He is undergoing surgery this morning for a blocked artery,” said Gina Rodriguez of DD Entertainment.
TMZ.com reported that at Niccole’s office, “the nurse took his blood pressure which alarmed her enough to call 911. We’re told his blood pressure was 200/110.”
Recently, she said, Sizemore got Botox, Juvederm and Restylane facial fillers at Niccole’s office. He will be getting a nose job and hair replacements there too, she said.
Next up are the Salahis, who are scheduled later this month for a consultation for makeovers, she said. Tareq Salahi will be getting liposuction of his chin, love handles and abdomen, plus injectons of Juvederm, Restylane and Botox, Rodriguez said.
Michaele Salahi will get the same injections, plus a buttocks lift and removal of spider veins, she said.
UPDATE: In mid-afternoon, TMZ reported that Lohan was out of surgery and resting comfortably. The website said Lohan’s arterial blockage “is being treated by his doc, Dr. Farzan Rajput of Newport Beach, who believes Michael can make a full recovery. He’s expected to be released later today.”
